Rojin joined Bener in August 2022 as an associate in the Corporate Immigration Department.
She studied law and graduated in 2021. Prior to joining the team, she practiced at a boutique law firm where she gained significant litigation and consultancy experience. In addition, she worked in a global law firm focusing on Residence and Citizenship by Investment as a trainee associate.
She works on a broad range of immigration issues including; helping high-profile corporate and individual clients navigate the complex and constantly evolving Turkish immigration system, assisting employees with their work visa and work permit applications while representing entrepreneurs and family members of settled persons in residence permit applications. She also guides clients through Relocation, Citizenship by Investment, Naturalization, Document Procurement and Legalization matters.
