OVERVIEW
Melis is an Associate in our “Corporate” department. She has been a part of our office since her student years and graduated with honors from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2021. After graduation, she completed her legal internship in our office and obtained her attorney’s license in 2022. After her legal internship, she started her master’s degree in International Business Law at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and graduated with Magna Cum Laude.
Melis, who rejoined us in 2023, provides legal consultancy services to Turkish and foreign clients from different sectors regarding various legal matters and gives legal opinions in the fields of Corporate Law and Commercial Law. She has been involved in deals with clients concerning mergers, acquisitions, and investments in Turkey in various sectors, preparation of due diligence reports and transaction agreements.
