OVERVIEW
Nazlı completed her undergraduate education at Bilkent University in 2022 and obtained her master’s degree in Law and Finance from Leiden University in 2025, as a Jean-Monnet scholar.
A member of the Employment, Contracts and Compliance team, Nazlı concentrates her practice on employment, commercial and data protection law. She advises clients in managing and structuring their contractual matters.
Prior to joining the team, Nazlı gained experience in corporate and commercial law, financial regulation and data protection. She contributed to projects involving corporate governance, capital markets and compliance processes, and took part in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
