Sevim provides legal consultancy services to Turkish and foreign clients from different sectors regarding various legal matters and gives legal opinions in the fields of Corporate Law and Commercial Law. Sevim has been involved in deals of the clients in connection with their mergers, acquisitions and investments in Turkey in various sectors, preparation of due diligence reports and agreements in relation to the projects.
Sevim has been practicing in our Transactions, Corporate & M&A, Banking, Finance & Capital Markets department since 2021.
