Occupational Health and Safety
Our employment team is also experienced on issues related to occupational health and safety, including, but not limited to, informing clients on duties of employers and employees, liability of the primary employer where a contractor and sub-contractor relationship exists, drafting and maintaining agreements related to health and safety, reviewing and advising on information, instruction and training provided at the workplace, compliance reviews from a legal perspective, advice on administrative fines applied and compensation claims following incidents, as well as criminal negligence cases.
