OVERVIEW
Eren provides legal consultancy services to foreign and domestic clients from various sectors in the fields of Corporate Law and Commercial Law. He provides legal assistance to foreign and domestic clients across various sectors in Corporate and Commercial Law. His work includes preparing legal documents and handling applications to relevant institutions related to corporate transactions and commercial matters. He also advises on mergers, acquisitions, and investments in Turkey, assisting clients with legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents/agreements, and executing closing procedures.
Eren joined our Transactions and Corporate / M&A department as an associate in May 2024 and prior to joining the team; he has also practiced in various areas of law in addition to the above such as contracts law, personal data protection and compliance as well as legal consultancy for regulated sectors.
