OVERVIEW
Yeşim graduated from the Faculty of Law of Istanbul Okan University and is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Department. She joined Bener in July 2026 and advises domestic and international clients on disputes arising from employment law, law of obligations, commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and criminal law. Her practice includes representing clients throughout litigation proceedings, appearing before courts, and assisting clients in mediation proceedings.
Prior to joining Bener, Yeşim advised clients on matters relating to consumer law, intellectual property law, employment law, tenancy law, and enforcement law. She has experience in managing dispute resolution processes across a broad range of legal matters, as well as advising clients and representing them at various stages of litigation.
