OVERVIEW
Bahar joined Bener Law Office in 2008 immediately after graduating. She has been a partner in our firm since January 2018.
Bahar has a depth of experience in Contracts Law, Commercial Law and Competition Law, gained through many projects including mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, management buy-outs, financings, international business planning, IPOs, privatizations.
She advises retainer clients on corporate, capital markets law and competition law matters; she also actively works for multinational clients on corporate restructurings.
Bahar is an active member at Globalaw (a top 5 worldwide law firms’ network). After successful completion of Leadership Program of Globalaw in 2015, Bahar became a Sponsorship Committee member for Globalaw at the beginning of 2016. Towards the end of 2016, Bahar also increased her involvement in the management of Globalaw by becoming a member of the Board of Directors which continues to date.
