Within the scope of the President’s Decree numbered 3556 published at the Official Gazette dated 19.02.2021, in accordance with the Provisional Article 23 of the Unemployment Insurance Law numbered 4447, it has been announced that the short-time working allowance period has been extended for workplaces, where short-time working is being applied due to force majeure events arising from external impacts in consequence of new coronavirus (Covid-19).

In this respect, the duration of the short-time working allowance has been extended until 31.03.2021 for the workplaces that have applied for short-time working until 31.01.2021 (including this date).
