According to the amendments made to 8 regulations published in the Official Gazette dated April 9, 2021 and numbered 31449, amendments were made in the same framework on the electricity, mining, petrol, nuclear and renewable energy legislations. It was stated that instead of the signature circulars to be submitted to the relevant ministry or institution, registry certificates of the companies will be submitted with these amendments, and the usage of signature circulars of companies in these issues have been terminated.
