Corporate Exemptions and Engineer Exemptions

In circumstances where the company in Turkey does not meet the minimum criteria to sponsor work permits in Turkey but are eligible to apply for an exemption, we guide our clients through all work permit and sponsorship exemption options that suit them best. We work closely with them to file the exemption application to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security timely so that they can start the immigration process of foreign employees in line with projected timelines.

We have extensive experience in different work permit exemption categories (ex. 5:1 exemption) including Foreign Direct Investment, Key personnel, advanced technology and liaison office representative exemptions. Furthermore, we are able to support our clients with engineer exemptions and the Diploma Equivalency process of foreigners who will be employed in Turkey as engineers.
