OVERVIEW

Gülce provides legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients, primarily in the fields of Corporate Law and Commercial Law. She is involved in contract reviews and due diligences, as well as taking role in companies’ day-to-day corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
Gülce joined us in September 2022 and she continues to work on corporate restructuring, commercial transactions and capital markets for multinational clients.
