With the Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2024/2) Amending the Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2017/4) on Payments to be made by Joint Stock and Limited Liability Companies pursuant to Law No. 4054 published in the Official Gazette dated 01.10 2024 and numbered 32679, an alternative payment method has been introduced to the Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2017/4) on the Payments to be made by Joint Stock and Limited Liability Companies pursuant to Law No. 4054 published in the Official Gazette dated 31.03.2017 and numbered 30024, for the collection of four per thousand (Competition Authority Fee) of:

  • The capital of newly established joint stock and limited liability companies, and
  • In case of capital increase, the increased portion

through the Fee Tracking System (‘’HTS’’) via MERSIS interface.

By this amendment, the Competition Authority Fee payments to be made in the above-mentioned cases can be made (i) to the cashier of the trade registry office where the company is registered, (ii) to the bank account of the registry office where the company is registered, or (iii) through the HTS via MERSIS interface.

Which of the above-mentioned methods will continue to be applied should be followed in line with the announcements to be made by the Competition Authority, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the relevant trade registry directorates.
