In accordance with the “Foreign Direct Investment Law” numbered 4875 and the “Foreign Direct Investment Law Implementation Regulation” companies with foreign share capital, Turkey branches of the foreign companies and the liaison offices are required to submit information regarding the activities of the previous year to the General Directorate of Incentive Practices and Foreign Capital by the end of May every year.
We would like to remind you that the last day for the notification is 31.05.2022.
