OVERVIEW
Burçak provides legal consultancy to both foreign and domestic clients across various sectors, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Capital Markets and Banking & Finance.
She actively participates in the preparation of legal review reports, the drafting and negotiation of documents and agreements related to Mergers & Acquisitions projects, the execution of closing procedures, ensuring compliance of capital market instruments with regulations, and the processes of companies’ initial public offerings.
Burçak joined our Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets and Banking & Finance department as an associate in August 2024. Prior to joining our team, she also practiced in various other areas of law, including Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Competition Law.
