OVERVIEW
Can Alp joined our team as a legal intern in the Transactions, Corporate and M&A, Banking, Finance & Capital Markets department in September 2023 to complete his internship. He completed his undergraduate education at Koç University with a scholarship. Can Alp is expected to receive his license in November 2024.
Since the beginning of his internship in 2023, Can Alp has been practicing especially in the fields of Corporate Law and Commercial & Contracts Law, as well as taking role in companies’ mergers and acquisitions.
