OVERVIEW
Can YILDIZ joined us in December 2024. He has played an active role in contract drafting, merger and acquisition projects, general assembly procedures and the management processes of corporate structures. Additionally, he has gained experience in investment procedures and the management of legal documentation.
He also holds certifications in Competition Law, ESG, and Sustainability. Moreover, he has contributed to legal publications by authoring articles and has enriched the field through academic presentations.
