OVERVIEW
Başak joined our team as a senior associate in April 2023. She has experience in corporate and commercial law, contracts law and mergers and acquisitions.
Başak assists both multinational and local companies as well as private equity firms on their M&A transactions. Başak’s M&A experience includes a variety of deal types involving both local and foreign companies and joint ventures acting in a wide range of sectors including insurance, audit, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, FMCG, automotive and technology.
Başak provides legal advice to both local and foreign clients on their operations involving corporate and contracts law related matters. Başak also assists clients on regulatory matters, including permitting and licensing procedures and compliance with regulatory regimes.
