He has focused on providing prompt and accurate advice by taking the business/commercial aspect into consideration in addition to the legal issues.
He has been involved in a number of significant cases for many high profile clients. He has also led several employment due diligences/audits and full data protection compliances projects for multinational and local clients.
He regularly publishes articles/newsletters on employment and data protection matters and contributes to international publications such as Ius Laboris guides, XpertHR.
