OVERVIEW
Beste graduated from law school in 2020 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in December 2021. Since the beginning of her legal career, she has focused on Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, gaining experience in the preparation of legal due diligence reports, drafting and negotiation of share transfer agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and other transaction documents, as well as managing merger, demerger, and corporate restructuring processes, including filing merger and acquisition notifications with the Turkish Competition Authority.
She also spent a year as in-house counsel at a pharmaceutical company operating in international markets, where she advised on international agreements, corporate transactions, and compliance matters. Beste joined our team in May 2025 and continues to provide legal support to domestic and international clients in corporate matters and M&A transactions.
