OVERVIEW

Ece provides legal consultancy services to foreign and domestic clients in the fields of Corporate Transactions, Corporate Law and Commercial Law. She is involved in due diligence and M&A transactions, as well as taking a role in companies’ day-to-day corporate transactions.
