OVERVIEW
Sena joined Bener in September 2019 as an associate in the Corporate Immigration division. Prior to joining the team, she practiced at multiple boutique law firms that gained her significant litigation experience in fields such as Private International Law, Employment Law and Human Rights Law. She holds several professional certificates awarded by the Turkish MFA.
She works on a broad range of immigration issues including; helping high-profile corporate and individual clients navigate the complex and constantly evolving Turkish immigration system, assists employees with their work visa and work permit applications while representing entrepreneurs and family members of settled persons with residence permit applications. She also guides clients through Relocation, Naturalization, Appeal/Resubmissions, document Procurement and Legalization matters.
