OVERVIEW

Nazlı provides legal consultancy services to domestic and international clients in the field of Corporate Law. She advises clients on their day-to-day corporate matters and assists with board of directors and general assembly procedures, as well as various corporate transactions arising under corporate law.

In addition, Nazlı is involved in legal due diligence projects, mergers, demergers and corporate restructuring projects and provides legal support throughout the execution of such transactions. She joined Bener Law Office in August 2026.
