OVERVIEW
Oya provides legal consultancy services to foreign and domestic clients from various sectors in the fields of Corporate Law and Commercial Law. She provides legal assistance to clients in relation with their corporate transactions and commercial matters, the deals in connection with their mergers, acquisitions and investments in Turkey; and in this regard, she assists clients with preparation of legal due diligence reports, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents/agreements and execution of the closing procedures.
Oya joined our Transactions, Corporate and M&A, Banking, Finance & Capital Markets department as an associate in January 2022 and prior to joining the team; she has also practiced in various areas of law in addition to the above such as Dispute Resolution, Labor Law and Immigration Law.
