OVERVIEW

Özlem is a senior associate in our ‘Retainer and Employment’ department and she is providing consultancy services at Bener Law Office, especially in respect of employment law matters (including, but not limited to, drafting, revising and terminating employment contracts, conducting legal reviews and internal investigations related to employees and drafting reports including detailed action plans, drafting and revising all kinds of documents for administration of employment, providing all kinds of support to clients related to employment law, social security and occupational health and safety and providing compliance with up-to-date changes to legislation) and reviewing various contracts (including, but not limited to, service contracts, consultancy contracts, contracts related to occupational health and safety).

In addition, she is working in cooperation with Mergers and Acquisition department in relation to mergers and acquisitions being conducted by Bener Law Office and supporting the clients in respect of employment law matters.

Prior to taking part in our ‘Retainer and Employment’ department, Özlem has completed her legal internship in our Corporate Law department and gained experience in IPOs and significant M&A transactions in our Corporate Law department also following completion of her legal internship in 2013.
